Coniq Strengthens Partnership with Apsys to Elevate Customer Loyalty and Engagement

Beaugrenelle

(London/ Oct.2023) Coniq is pleased to announce that it will be providing more value to a number of Apsys-owned locations. By the end of 2023, Coniq will introduce customer engagement and CRM tools to 7 additional Apsys retail & leisure centers. Coniq is set to launch Receipt Scanning In their multi-award-winning Beaugrenelle center.

Apsys’ impressive portfolio of 35 centers spanning across France and Poland is valued at over €2.24 billion. With a focus on innovative design, digital accessibility, user experience, and sustainability, Apsys is a front-runner in the industry, developing exceptional retail destinations for decades.

Thanks to this partnership, Coniq’s receipt scanning capabilities will enable Apsys to transform the way customers interact and engage with their shopping destinations. Receipt scanning will allow Beaugrenelle shoppers to register their transactions against their loyalty account by uploading eligible receipts.

The depth of the data captured will give retailers access to deeper transactional data such as transaction value, and individually purchased items. This means that the center will be able to tailor their communication with customers based on their behavioral and transactional history. The implementation of this technology represents a significant step forward in enhancing the customer experience for Beaugrenelle guests and personalizing customer interactions throughout the center.

” Apsys is constantly striving to innovate and offer the best customer experience in its retail outlets. With this in mind, we are excited to expand our partnership with Coniq” said Manuel Teissier, Managing Director, Asset Management. “Their innovative solutions have played a pivotal role in our efforts to enhance customer engagement and loyalty in Beaugrenelle. We look forward to introducing their CRM tool across our centers to offer more personalized experiences.”

Coniq CEO, Ben Chesser, added, “The expansion of our technologies, including receipt scanning, showcases Apsys’ commitment to continued retail innovation. We are delighted to be part of Apsys’ vision for the future and are eager to continue driving value to their tenants and customers.”
