Europe’s three most successful outlet centres are Coniq clients

Research published by ecostra and Magdus reveals 16 of the 20 best performing outlets are owned by Coniq clients using its customer loyalty platform 

London, UK: 15 February 2021:  Bicester Village, The Village and Las Rozas Village, three Coniq clients, are named the top three best performing outlet centres in Europe, according to a report published by ecostra, in partnership with the French research institute, Magdus.  

Of the top 20 outlet retail destinations listed in the prestigious report, over three quarters (16) of them are owned by long-time Coniq clients. Using the company’s innovative Total Customer Engagement and Loyalty Platform they have been successfully delivering remarkable retail experiences for millions of shoppers every year, that in turn drive sales for their retail tenants.  Coniq clients include La Compagnie de Phalsbourg, McArthurGlen, Value Retail and VIA Outlets.

Now in its 13th year, the “Outlet Centre Performance Report Europe’‘ (OCPRE) is regarded as “the” benchmark for the European outlet industry. The OCPRE is the only Europe-wide survey of retail brands on the economic performance of their stores in single outlet centres.
