The Insights Hub allows brands to self-serve elements of their participation in the program. This tool gives brands access to actionable insights on their performance, enables them to submit their own exclusive offers and rewards directly, and send tailored communications to their loyalty members.
Receipt scanning allows shoppers to register their own transactions against their loyalty account by uploading eligible receipts. Receipt scanning increases the depth of the data captured, including the transaction value and even individual purchased items.
Card-Linking makes customer participation in the program simple and seamless by allowing shoppers to link their payment card to their loyalty account.
Data Mart allows operators to gain a deeper understanding of their shoppers through a simple, and entirely customizable data suite. Now, operators can interpret and manage their own data, create personalized dashboards and even monitor real-time customer behavior.
