No one who visits the Coniq office in London could miss the six words posted in every meeting room across our office. They are the six core values we constantly work to incorporate into everything we do each day.
To recognise people who live our values, we encourage people to give out virtual badges to those who have gone above and beyond in one of our values:
Each month a team of judges looks at all of the badges awarded and decides an overall winner - the person throughout all of the Coniq offices that has gone out of their way to embody our values to the highest level for that month.
Last week we were particularly focused on our “People” value and supporting our local charity - Food For All. A little while ago, several Coniq staff took a day out of the office to help prepare free hot meals for those who need it. Last week we thought we’d reward their hard work and help raise some money with a charity mojito afternoon.
With the help of our CMO Sean’s home grown mint and heirloom ice crusher, plenty of refreshing cocktails (both alcoholic and alcohol free) were made and enjoyed.
We raised an impressive £150 in just an hour and a half - a testament to Sean’s cocktail making skills and thanks to the Coniq teams’ dedication to helping our local community!!
