Holt to launch innovative loyalty program to encourage residents and visitors to shop local

London – 16 March 2021: Today, Coniq announced that the historic market town of Holt, located in Norfolk, has been selected to launch a new loyalty program that will help stimulate the town center and its High Street.

Holt will leverage IQ Connect, an innovative real-time Geo-Loyalty solution designed by Coniq, to significantly increase local businesses’ footfall and sales.

Supported by North Norfolk District Council with funding from the Norfolk Strategic Fund, the new “Access Holt” loyalty program will leverage advanced micro segmenting and geofencing technologies developed by Coniq to encourage customers to spend time and money in Holt’s unique independent shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, bars and hotels.

To launch this summer, Holt will use Coniq’s digital IQ  Platform to identify and engage with customers throughout the entire shopping journey by sending highly personalized, multichannel communications before, during, and after visiting local retailers participating in the loyalty program. 

By creating geofences to anonymously identify customers’ location, which automatically triggers push notifications, residents and tourists of Holt will receive personalized incentives to encourage them to visit local attractions. When they buy in-store, customers continue to receive highly relevant communications and offers – all the while earning towards future rewards.
