London – 6 April 2021: Today, Coniq announced that The Mall Luxury Outlets has selected the award-winning technology company to design a unique real-time loyalty program that will drive footfall, repeat visits and sales for its world-famous fashion brands.
The new luxury loyalty program is set to launch at the end of May and will incorporate the full digital capabilities of Coniq’s IQ Total Customer Engagement Platform at The Mall Firenze and The Mall Sanremo to provide thousands of guests with highly personalised luxury experiences.

For the first time, The Mall Luxury Outlets will have a centralised repository of customer analytics pulled from a vanity of physical and digital sources from which to send segmented communications to loyalty program members. Guests will receive in real-time special offers and experiences from retailers onsite and local businesses.
