This role involves helping build great relationships with our clients retail partners, driving store engagement on shopping centre reward programmes, and sharing compelling marketing insights and results, as Senior Manager, you’ll also be leading a small team.

We’re looking for a confident and outgoing person who thrives on a challenge and enjoys the world of marketing and retail.  Previous managerial experience would be a bonus, as would a second language and experience working in Canada or the US.

We’re looking for a new Project Manager, someone who can help manage an expansion of one of our largest clients in terms of technical integrations and stakeholder co-ordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of existing and future projects from requirement gathering and definition through to delivery
  • Monitoring and maintain project progress
  • Reporting project status and escalating issues
  • Managing 3rd party relationships and project dependencies
  • Liaising with others in the team/company
  • Preparing for occasional overseas travel – languages a bonus

About our ideal candidate:

  • 1-3 years experience in project management
  • Superior organisation and time management skills
  • Understanding of the concepts of agile development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong problem solving and logical process skills
  • Experience using platforms such as Jira, Smartsheets and Confluence a bonus
  • Confident steering stakeholder conversations in person and on conference calls

Working closely with internal teams and externally with clients, the Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the continued success of all our clients, by ensuring all contractual and non-contractual service delivery elements are met. You will be responsible for all service delivery including our first line support team, and will act as a point of contact for the client on all service delivery matters.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day of our first line technical support team
  • Act as main point of escalation for any issues that may arise
  • Co-ordinate availability reporting and feedback for clients as per the contract
  • Continually look to improve service delivery and customer service processes
  • Maintain and update all support materials in line with product changes and new features

Service Delivery:

  • Working closely with head of delivery to manage and improve current service delivery processes
  • Service design
    • Availability management
    • Service level management
    • Supplier management
  • Service transition
    • Change management
    • Release and deployment management
  • Service Operation
    • Incident management

Managing the first line support team:

  • Day to day co-ordination with technical support team leader
  • Weekly catch ups to report back any process changes or trainings
  • Ensuring the team are supported and have all available resource to do their job successfully

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Supervisory level experience or strong leadership/management skills
  • Experience managing SLAs
  • Experience of managing client and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with change management
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • Pro-active and ‘can-do’ attitude to work
  • ITIL v3 certified an advantage
  • Experience using Zendesk an advantage
