The Opportunity

Coniq are looking for new Sales Managers to help grow and run the French, German and Eastern European markets. The chosen candidates will reside in-market and manage their territory with input and support from Sales Management and Marketing teams based in London. This is an extremely exciting role which includes lead prospecting, nurturing and closing of Coniq SaaS solutions to the Retail Property industry. The right candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

Coniq are specialists in loyalty and customer engagement for Shopping Centres, Retail and the Hospitality sectors. Coniq’s proprietary data-driven marketing and loyalty platform provides multi-tenant redemption, making loyalty seamless across multi-POS environments. Supported by Coniq’s customer and brand engagement teams, the Coniq platform provides multi-channel marketing, CRM, sales data analysis and reporting across online and offline campaigns.

Coniq works with over 40 shopping centres, and over 700 retail and hospitality brands. Coniq’s clients range from large shopping centre groups such as Ivanhoé Cambridge, Multi Corporation, Compagnie de Phalsbourg, Value Retail (Bicester, Ingolstadt, Wertheim and La Vallée Villages) and Battersea Power Station, as well as hospitality clients such as Starbucks and Byron Hamburgers.

Who we’re looking for

We work with great clients, and amazing technology; and we want to make sure the world knows about what we do in your markets. We’re looking for someone who can help. The person we’re looking for has:

  • A minimum of 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Additional European languages, and contacts within the European markets a plus
  • Ability to travel locally 50% of the time
  • Ability to work independently and within a sales team
  • Confidence in representing Coniq within regional conferences
  • Strong relationship and networking skills
  • Flexibility enough to get involved with every aspect of the business to make a positive contribution
  • A team player attitude, happy to work alongside everyone from our Clients and the Coniq Leadership Team to summer interns
  • An understanding of shopping centre marketing or purchasing a plus

Coniq are looking for new Sales Support Manager to help support our Global Sales Team. The chosen candidate will reside London and support our Global Sales Team with input from the Sales Management and Marketing teams in our London Farringdon offices. This is an extremely exciting role which includes lead prospecting and qualifying as well as general Sales Support to our high-performing Sales Team – supplying world-class Coniq SaaS solutions to the Retail Property industry. The right candidate will be a highly motivated team-player with a minimum of 2 years of Sales Support experience.

  • Experience supporting a Sales Team in prospecting new markets
  • Ability to provide data, reports and presentations to help the sales team
  • Knowledge in tracking of sales targets
  • CRM management experience, including processing new sales leads
  • Prepared RFP responses
  • Flexibility enough to get involved with every aspect of the business to make a positive contribution
  • A team player attitude, happy to work alongside everyone from our prospective Clients and the Coniq Leadership Team to summer interns
  • An understanding of shopping centre marketing or purchasing a plus
