So as the “H2 Conference Season,” draws to a close, we have found a moment of calm within the Christmas festivities to reflect on the great couple of months we have had… These included a visit to sunny Cannes for two presentations and to grab our ‘Open Stage Award’ at Mapic. We then jetted off to Berlin for the ICSC Retail Strategy and Trends conference to lead an asset management workshop, and then another presentation…phew! Mapic Presentation Two: ROI from a loyalty Program

Our second Mapic presentation focused on What kind of ROI should you expect from a shopping centre loyalty program. 

This session looked at the best loyalty case studies across Europe, including Land Securities and Value Retail. The presentation’s key topics included: which loyalty mechanics work in different scenarios, engaging a variety of different tenants, large and small, creating a successful launch, optimising a program over time and what results you should expect.
